Abhilash Fraizer, an Indian writer hailing from Kerala, a South Indian State, was born on 8 June, 1975. Thanks to his Dad, who exposed him to the amazing world of Indian and world classics, he developed a great passion for literature from his early childhood. He began writing fiction when he was ten year old. A Post-graduate in English Literature from Mahatma Gandhi University, he has been writing stories, poems and articles prolifically in a number of journals. He has published three books in Malayalam, his native tongue, which have won many critical accolades. One of his novels has won an award for the best novel in a competition held by a Magazine in 2001. He has also won prizes for his short stories and poems. He is a regular presence on blog and twitter, and a dozen of his poems are added to poemhunter.com. After spending some years as a Journalist and Script Writer, he has lately entered into advertising profession, as Creative Copy Writer. He lives at Ernakulam in Kerala with his parents and siblings.
