I write under the name of Pablo Michaels. I work as a gardener and landscaper by trade. I have always desired to express myself through writing. I moved to San Francisco when I was 21. I enrolled at San Francisco State to pursue writing and worked for an insurance company. I decided I needed to live before I could write. In the 1970’s and 80’s I lived. I wrote constantly through the 80’s without much success. Life turned dismal in the 90’s, until 2003 when I put a major effort to write well. After 9 years of college with majors in sociology, liberal arts, and horticulture, I graduated from the University of California in horticulture. I live with my loving, understanding and legal husband of 2 years. We live contentedly on a country street by a ranch after 14 years of partnership.
